Welcome to the Beaumont Orthodontic BAC U11 AA Home Page

Hello Everyone,

With registration opening this week I thought it would be a great time for me to update you on the status of our roster heading into try-outs in the fall.

 As per our website, social media posts, and parent meeting, we did follow through on our plan to use offer letters to bring some players within our draw zone to Beaumont Athletic Club. Our signees coupled with our returning players means we have committed players to our roster for the 2025/2026 season. With that being said, we still have more than half of our roster to be filled at our September tryout, with spots available in every position.

 We have confirmed some details for our 2025/2026 season but for more details on what is included in your B.A.C development package please see the following link.

• 2 x 1 hour practice per week
• Once weekly power skating and skill development session for 10 weeks.
• Once weekly goalie specific training and development for 10 weeks.
• Once monthly mental training sessions focused on optimizing performance, managing adversity, and goal setting.
• Once weekly dry-land training sessions focused on strength, agility, and optimizing conditioning for 18 weeks.
• Full AEHL U11 AA schedule with showcase weekend, exhibition games, and tournaments. 

On top of our BAC Development Program, I have secured the following for our team:

• 1 extra practice per week, bringing our weekly total to 3 x 1 hour practices
• 8 additional power skating sessions bringing our total to 18 sessions
• 8 additional goalie specific training sessions bringing our total to 18 sessions
